Melissa Mckinney

Melissa McKinney is a servant-hearted leader and co-founder of TradeStrong, where she also serves as Program Director for TradeStrong and TradeStay. She is passionate about helping people grow, connect, and thrive, both in their work and in their personal lives. Melissa is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and Administration and the author of Lessons Learned and Real Talk and Recovery, sharing her journey and practical tools to inspire hope and resilience.

Melissa serves on the board of her church as Communications Leader, supporting outreach and connection within the congregation. She is also a visual artist with work displayed in local venues, using creativity to tell stories, spark reflection, and bring joy to her community.
